A few days ago, one of the local news stations did a piece on the iPhone, and they showed a MASSIVE crowd around a store….and it happened to be the very same store, in the very same outdoor mall, where one year ago, I saw the iPhone for the first time…. Only this time, the crowd literally went around the block waiting for the store to open. Lots of iFanatics for JesusPhone 3G

Today, I actually had to run an errand to that area, so I buzzed the store. Unfortunately, there was no massive crowd to be seen, but I did get a glimpse of the iPhone on its new, improved iShrine. Great OS…but the keyboard still sucks.

If I had time, I would have gone Friday to see the raging iCrowd, but I didn’t. I regret it, just so I could take pictures of the mass and laugh. It was probably a good thing I didn’t, anyway.
